Both the <Ctrl>+double click, and the "<left mouse>+drag" will undock and dock
the frame. Other than the Sidebar's Settings split button, we don't provide
this on other frames-right?
So, not sure the frame "settings" button with Undock/Dock action buttons is
needed along side the X-"Close" button.
