Currently we can:
1 change cell styles
2 set horizontal alignment and add left indent
3 set fixed row height for selected rows (not adaptable)
4 set optimal row height for selected rows and add spacing cell(upper
border)-text
5 set vertical alignment including justified or similar distributed

Looks like there are different formatting options although not all is automated
if we want both spacing cell-text and text-text.
What's not really available is what's requested here: add text line spacing.
Such look now can be achieved only manually, using steps 3-5, but only row by
row, not as a general solution using styles or single command.
So, this would come in handy, albeit for a few users.
I'd keep this one as New, with lowest priority enhancement.
