No problem observed when I created a new .xlsx file using libre Calc. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open an existing .xlsx file which has some cells with borders.( created using MS Office 2007) 2. .... 3. .... Current behavior: Too thick borders for cells (2.5 pts) when opening the file.
