In German "Save Remote file" is translated to "Webdatei speichern" (engl. "save
webfile").
For me this leaves the impression die file is saved in a different format (the
"web format", what ever this is, maybe HTML). But the menu entry opens a dialog
to save files on a WebDAV server (i assume).
I suggest translating like "Speichern auf Server …" (engl. "save to server"),
which would express the "remote" aspect.
