            Bug ID: 113568
Summary: FORMATTING, IMPORT: TOC style is inherited incorrectly
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 5.3.7.1 rc
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: a...@chumakov.ru

Upon import from MS Word 2010 (other versions apply, too):

1. What's wrong:

Contents styles(TOC 1...9, "Оглавление 1...9" in Russian, English name may be
Contents etc.) are formatted incorrectly if inherited from other styles (e.g.
TOC 3 is derived from TOC 2).

It looks like Writer always treats them as derived from 'Normal' style.

2. Steps to reproduce

- open MS Word style editor (Ctrl-Shift-Alt-S)
- Edit 'TOC 2' style
- Change inheritance to 'TOC 1'
- Create TOC, apply some formatting, e.g. tabulation and indents
- Open your document in Writer
- Your formatting is lost for the style

3. Examples (in Russian, but they're easy to understand)

http://take.ms/0XZJO - right rendering (Word 2010)
http://take.ms/mzuLf - style TOC 3 is based on TOC 2 for indents and tabs
http://take.ms/iJ4ux - the same style in Writer (spacing and tab are lost)
http://take.ms/pALoi - TOC 3 is based on TOC 2 in Writer, so inheritance isn't
lost but is imported incorrectly

If there is no inheritance, TOC is displayed OK.
