Description:
Attached document have cell with comment located pretty far from beginning
(cell BA:129) and there are two problems with comments:
1. On mouse on and out comment is displayed / hidden, but some drawing
artifacts remain
2. On content menu -> "Show Comment" comments' arrow does not points exactly on
cell.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached document
2. Mouse over cell BA:129 - comment appear
3. Mouse out -> comment disappear
Actual Results:
Some drawing artifacts remain
Expected Results:
No visible artifacts
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
