Description:
Provide a check box in the program Settings to display a number with decimal
points by default.
Actual Results:
Feature is not avaiable.
Expected Results:
If I type 5555, I'll get 55.55 in the spreadsheet.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
OpenGL enabled: Yes
