What does the *string* "00.30" in AB5 mean? It is supposed to mean time; still
for Italy, the "." is thousands separator... is there an unambiguous
conversion? You use strings universally for things that must be numbers, times
etc.

I don't know if this should be treated a bug, but my personal position is that
this is user error. One should use "TIME(0;30;0)" and proper cell format (which
is already set btw) instead of strings like "00.30" imo.
