The application sometimes does not start or does not work correctly because of
a messed user configuration. Users could solve the problem by removing the old
user configuration and starting with a fresh one. The bad think is that we lose
the broken configuration and developers are on able to debug and fix the
problem.
It would be better pack the problematic user configuration and attach it to the
related bugreport.
It would be great to have a helper tool that could make it easier for users. It
would have the following features:
* find the used configuration; it is in hidden directories, so it is more
complicated for normal users
* create single zip or tar.gz archive that can be attaches to the bug
* remove sensitive information if any
* add more information about the system if needed
