I did additional testing. The bug appears to require a large document, and
having the cursor far enough into the document. I wasn't able to isolate where
the cut off is, or whether it is linked to characters, versus lines, but it
does NOT appear to be linked to page number, as I can save the position on page
2/3. It seems to consistently occur when you try to save the place, in web
view, on page 15.
