Bug reproduce calc file

In Calc, Impress or Draw, some kind of form control such as CheckBox can be
stacked.

See attached Calc file with "Design Mode On" in Form control toolbar, you can
see two "Check Box 1" and "2" are stacked.
Then "Design Mode Off" in the same tool bar, following problem will occurs.

[Expected Result]
Both of "Check Box 1" and "Check Box 2" will work fine (when clicked, can be ON
or OFF).

[Actual Result]
"Check Box 1" (not covered by "Check Box 2") works fine, but "Check Box 2"
(covered by "Check Box 1") doesn't work (it can't be ON or OFF).

[Additional information]
In Writer, control can't be stacked (I think it is reasonable specification).
In MS Excel 2013 preview (or earlier version), stacked CheckBox works fine
anytime.

I don't know this issue is a specification or not, but according to migrate
from Microsoft Excel, stacked CheckBox should work fine.
