Seems there should appear a popup. Better would be: You choose the migration
explicit. A popup will appear every time I open a HSQLDB-database with LO 6.1.
One unconcentrated moment and the user presses "YES" - all data will have been
gone for him.

The migration isn't working as intended. I don't get any database here working
with that - all data have gone after migration, views also, relations also. See
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=116968

Putting the backup in the *.odb-file couldn't be the solution for normal users.
I wouldn't trust a office-suite which tells me: You are looking for your data?
Please use a packing-program, open the *.odb-file ...
