Great! So I see that the detection works correctly.

In this specific case I'd suspect some kind of corrupted system. It reminds me
of bug 115405, where a system component was installed incorrectly by some other
application. https://ask.libreoffice.org/en/question/152440 gives another
example of a third-party script breaking system, which happened to surface when
using LibreOffice.

This kind of problem requires individual investigation and fixing on system
level, but is outside of this bug 108580.
