I don´t quite understand what you want to say. Please can you do four things:
1) Create a screenshot tp show the property "Print when Group change".
2) Describe what you expect with property "No" respectively property "Yes".
3) In which LO-version occurs the behavior first
4) Occurs the behavior in 3.6.1 still?
