I can confirm this regression with CODE 3.3.1 and Nextcloud 13.0.1:
It is no longer possible to paste formatted text by selecting a cell and
pressing Ctrl-V.
Pasting unformatted text still works fine this way.
Pasting of formatted text is still possible in the top text entry box of the
sheet after activating a cell.
Interestingly, this issue does not occur with CODE 3.2.0 and Nextcloud 13.0.1.
