Bug still exists in Version: 6.1.2.1
Build-ID: 65905a128db06ba48db947242809d14d3f9a93fe.
Compared to version 5.4 there is even a further regression: Now the header for
handouts isn't shown at all, even after applying the header/footer settings to
all pages again.
