The descriptions about crashing upon "File - Send..." make this bug surely a duplicate of bug 36149, to be fixed in LO 3.5.7 and LO 3.6.2. (The crash is due to LO trying to display an error dialog while opening a menu, which can happen for both a "no JRE installed" message, as in bug 36149, as well as for a "JRE is defective" message, which would more likely be the case here.) That LO does not even work with a 32bit JRE for you is probably due to bug 50584, currently only targeted to be fixed in LO 3.7.
