Different formula that compared between Excel 2016 and Calc

Actual Results:
It should using 'false' function formula, not using '0'

Expected Results:
Why using '0'? After change the formula to 'false', it's error.

Can you change into 'false' formula that to be able understood many people as
standard formula?
