Same issue with Word 2016
This is a spin off of Bug 73499. Grouped, Linked Textbox saved by older MSO
work, but 2007-2016 are not imported correctly.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attachment 91863 ,saved in Word 2003
2. Open attachment 91861 ,saved in Word 2007
Expected results:
Both are imported properly
Actual results:
In newer versions, the links are not imported
