Description:
I'm a user of Calc (Language of User interface - Korean).
At Korean Interface, Function IFNA invokes Error of invaild name and Function
ISNA invokes the Error(Err:511 - variable missing).
At Panel of Functon List, All list has two ISNA and No IFNA.
At other language interface(English, japanese and Chinese), this problem does
not occur.

It(#ISNA_2) should be Function IFNA, not Function ISNA.
ISNA is duplicated.
