@Lawrence R. Steeger:
Thank you very much for the good test files!

Tested with the reporter’s test files on Mac OS X 10.6.8 (Intel).

1) With LibreOffice 3.5.6.2, BOTH .ods files (both the one created with LibO
3.3.1.2 and the one created with 3.6.1.2) open correctly, i.e., the cell A6 is
displayed in red, and the “Conditional formatting” dialog window (accessible
from the menu via “Format > Conditional Formatting > Conditional
Formatting...“) correctly lists the rule to make the cell contents red if the
value of the cell is = 5.

2) With LibreOffice 3.6.1.2 (Build ID: e29a214), as the user said, only the
.ods file created with LibO 3.3.1.2 opens correctly, but the .ods file created
wth LibO 3.6.1.2 misses all conditional formatting for cell A6: the cell text
is black, and the “Conditional formatting” dialog window (accessible from the
menu via “Format > Conditional Formatting > Conditional Formatting...“) does
not list any formatting rules.

So this is (at least partially) a FILEOPEN problem introduced in LibreOffice
3.6.0 or 3.6.1, therefore I add the keyword “regression”.

3) But, good news: LibreOffice 3.6.2.1 (Build ID: ba822cc; the 1st pre-release
of the new 3.6.2 version) opens again both files .ods files correctly, i.e.
with the conditional formatting of cell A6, just like LibreOffice 3.5.6.2.

So the regression is IMHO already fixed in LibreOffice 3.6.2.1, therefore I set
the status of this bug report to RESOLVED/WORKSFORME.

@keyopen,
@Lawrence R. Steeger:
You can test yourself whether LibreOffice 3.6.2.1 solves the problem or not if
you download that version from

   http://www.libreoffice.org/download/pre-releases/

Feel free to reopen this bug report if you can still reproduce the problem with
LibreOffice 3.6.2.1. Thank you!
