Yeap, the 5 sign should not matter for this. Without a clear and reproduceable
instruction it might be nearly impossible to fix this one. Especially because I
have no idea right now where I should have made such a big error in the design
that conditional formats on two different sheet can influence each other.

The only place where we are deleting conditional formats when you define a new
one is if you replace one in the same sheet. Looking at this code I don't see a
way how one would be able to change them at two different sheets.

Could you maybe try to check if it also happens with a daily master build from
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ ? If not it might be that I don't see
the error because I already fixed it and just forgot to backport the fix to
3-6.
