Toolbars open below Image tab bar when selecting the image.
This was an issue that had been solved for 6.1 but showed up again in the 6.2.
Steps to reproduce:
1 - Open Writer,
2 - Go to View File -> User Interface -> Select Tabbed,
3 - Insert an image in the Document, select said image,
Result:
Expected - Tab focus moves to contextual Image tab (it happens),
Unwanted - below it Image and Frame Toolbars also appear (undesired behaviour).
