Roman Eisele <b...@eikota.de> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Severity|minor |normal --- Comment #4 from Roman Eisele <b...@eikota.de> --- (In reply to comment #3) > We should start to rewrite the FAQs in the Wiki. > A good example: > http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/FR/FAQ/Generale A good idea. However, how to begin? Should we just copy the existing (German) text to a new wiki page (e.h. /DE/FAQ), oder can we start with translation some other FAQ — the French example is good, but I don’t know if we have enough volunteers who read French … And, who is “We”? ;-) Can you find some volunteers in the German UI translation community, or on the German users list? To begin with myself: I offer to check and proof read the new FAQ texts before/after they go public (not only looking at the contents, but also with regard to grammar, orthography, style and understandability -- I have experience as professional proof reader for German scientific text, so I hope this will be a good help), but I can not do the translation/re-writing job ... or only a little part of it. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
