I updated to libreoffice 6.2.0-3 (along with KDE framework 5.55 and Plasma
5.15) and the problem is gone now :), just like others said. Only one menu is
shown and it works perfectly.
Or maybe it even works better than before! Before it was just entries without
icons. Now I get all icons in global menus as if it was a normal in-app menu,
so this means global menus in LO are fully integrated (or native to) with
Plasma!
