Yes it is the same.
In Motors sheet, column J (for example, not only here) you have
=IF(H4;Power;"")
if H4 have the same kind of formula which returns an empty string (""), the
formula above returns #VALUE!.

An option to considered empty string as 0 like in OOo is added in the 3.7
branch.
