as you have beta 1 and rc1 installed can you copy the notebookbar.ui file from
writer/calc/impress/draw whatever from b1 to rc1 folder? cause than we would
know if it's an issue in the notebookbar.ui file change between b1 and rc1 or
somewhere else (I think the issue come from somewhere else)
