Problem description: Text formatting like "_M@" does not apply to all cells in
the selected range.

Steps to reproduce:
1. In the first column enter text values "aaa","bbb", etc.
2. In the second column enter text values "'111","'222", etc.
3. Select both columns and apply text formatting "_M@"

Current behavior: Only values in the second column are formatted.

Expected behavior: Values in both columns should be formatted.

Platform (if different from the browser): Also true for LO 3.5.5.3 Windows XP

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:16.0) Gecko/20100101
Firefox/16.0
