There is no <Alt>+M -> "Menu" accelerator defined anywhere in LibreOffice.
However, on Windows builds for all MUFFIN modes, none of the Accelerators shown
as assigned to widgets of the Notebook Bar have any effect on Notebook Bar
elements--with or without the standard menu enabled.
<Alt>+ combinations have no effect on the NB
