Navigator's tooltip shows URI-encoded URL (with %%%) instead cyrillic path to
file
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Master document
2. Add any file with ciryllic symbols in path to file
3. place mouse point to file name in Navigator
4. look at tooltip (see screenshot in attach)
Actual Results:
Path to file in tooltip has URI-encoded URL instead ciryllic symbols
Expected Results:
Path to file in tooltip has ciryllic symbols
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
