With Ubuntu Budgie 19.04 and LO 6.2 I just put the "Background Colour" icon on
the "Formatting Menubar". Then I could change the colour of the background in a
table cell with one click (to the previously used colour).
I have recently updated to Ubuntu Budgie 19.10Beta with LO 6.3. Table cell
background doesn't change, it highlights the line of text instead.
So it looks to me as though there was an easy way to do what is requested in
this enhancement, but that it no longer works! This may work differently in iOS
of course, but perhaps there is some confusion which needs resolving anyway.
