About antivirus, if it's Windows Defender, there should be no problem.
You can try to check if your Windows is up-to-date. Indeed, last Win10 version
(see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_10 for sub versions of Windows 10)
had some serious bugs these last weeks.

Just for curiosity, do you reproduce this on another computer (if you have
another one obviously) ?
