I tried to disable/enable features to narrow the bug down and I was successful. :) When I disable the BetterTouchTool functionality named "Enable window snapping", LibreOffice doesn't freeze. While I'm doing this, "System Preferences > Universal Access > Enable access for assistive devices" is still enabled (as it is required by BetterTouchTool) I'm really glad I could help you and the LibreOffice team.
