I can't reproduce either. I'm marking this as WORKSFORME.
LibO: 3.6.3.2
I followed instructions to a T, really simple chart, made it from A1 to DE224
on a drag, it stopped about half a second (maybe less) after I release the
mouse button -- probably just computer catching up to mouse position.
Is this still an issue for you? If so try backing up your user config and then
deleting the user config so you get fresh settings. If that doesn't solve it,
mark as UNCONFIRMED again and let us know what version of LibO you're running
currently (try on latest stable) and how big you're making the chart (is it
bigger than what I said above?)
