This is not a valid Bug report. May be reporter only does not know that he has
to go into header before he can select an object or a picture in it?
NOT reproducible with "LibreOffice 3.5.7.2 rc English UI/German Locale
[Build-ID: 3215f89-f603614-ab984f2-7348103-1225a5b] on German WIN7 Home Premium
(64bit)
1. open sample document
2. Click into heading text "3D Flying Geese "
3. Click on picture in the left of the heading "SEW Artixtic"
can be selected without problems
Same result with 3.6.2
