I can reproduce the bug with version:

Not only the sidebar is corrupted, but trying to resize it in a new document
causes LO to freeze for few seconds (~3-4 secs), but after several times when I
was closing and resizing the sidebar on the same document the freezing stopped
to repeat. Whats more, on the first attempt to reproduce the bug, LO Writer
crashed, but it didn't happen later and I wasn't able to reproduce the crash.
