IMHO a valid enhancement request, therefore set Status to NEW.
One can already “convert” single fields (e.g. a TOC) by copying it and pasting
it,
but the reporter is right that it would be nice to have a UI option to change
*all* or *some* types of fields to plain text throughout the complete document.
