In original document it was in header I try to change position to show it.

Install Office 365
And try by yourself. 

All works as intended when image not in header.
"Doesn't have to be in header"  it is not a argument.

I do not agree with that, and I think that you just protecting your position by
closing this ticket continuously.

Or Just Say what example do you require to confirm issue.
