With Libreoffice 4.0 we'll have an technical demo for gnumeric import. It is
still in alpha state and only imports values, strings and formulas right now.
This will be only accessible through the experimental mode and does not support
gnumeric files that don't have the namespace alias gnm. These limitations will
be removed later.
