1. open PPTX like attachment 158424
2. double click in chart to edit
3. select 1st click all labels or 2nd click single label
4. right-click "Format data labels" or "Format single data label"
5. change font effect like color
Doesn't work from 6.1. Regression. Tested with PPTX, looks OK with ODP, to test
PPT. And to test other effects and settings in other tabs.
