0: In French version, use Tool>Options>LanguageSettings>Languages, choose
LanguageOf>UserInterface: Eng(USA), LocaleSetting: French(Canada); click OK. At
prompt, choose to restart LO.
1: Tool>Customize>kbd still shows keynames in French.
2: Close LO, delete user profile, reopen LO —in French; repeat steps 0, 1: same
results.
