I have the same problem, but in my case it's happened with "Enveloped DL" and
printer Samsung ML3310ND. I think it's related with the dialog between printer
and libreoffice(maybe related with printer's driver capabilities[1]). In the
libreoffice print dialog, the "Enveloped DL" option doesn't appears. If i use
another application to print (like firefox or google chrome) it show the
"Enveloped DL" on the print dialog, and print fine the "Enveloped DL" document.
Also I tried to choose another printer on libreoffice and the "Enveloped DL"
options appears! (i think the problem is between libreoffice and printer's
driver[1]).
[1] The Samsung ML-3310ND support "Enveloped DL" pagesize.
