The printer settings that I use are here: <http://www.linuxquestions.org/linux/answers/applications_gui_multimedia/setting_fax_using_efaxgtk_setup_using_hsfmodem_conexant_and_open_office> When I print to efax-gtk from LO I get a telephone number prompt (see attachment). The key is to set up using 'socket'.
