<Ctrl>+V, menu, or mouse 'Paste' into LibreOffice is empty, and Paste Special
to LibreOffice only offers Bitmap which is empty on insertion.
Guess we need a filter handler to recognize the 49279 PNG clipboard format as
usable, and some means to recognize that the CF_BITMAP is empty, so should not
be offered?
