Hi,
I build LO 4.0 beta1+ (Build ID: 41bff3e75902ba032b0642385600d66b7beb753) with
option --with-lang=en-US fr as usual and all dialogs in Tools > Options are in
English. All menus are in French as expected.
In Writer all styles categories are in English.
Perhaps same root cause as for bug 58068
