On Win7 and 3.6.4.3 version, I don't reproduce this. (Java 1.7.09).
- could you give your Java version (since Base uses a lot Java)?
- did you install any LO specific extensions?
- does it happen with a brand new base file?
- could you try to rename your LO directory profile (see
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile) and give it a new try?
