I can confirm, using a live cd, also using English language in UI. It happens
with default font sizes and dpi, that is size 9 for all fonts and 8 for "small"
and "toolbar" (system settings -> Application appearance -> Fonts).
If you set font size to 11 and 10 respectively the problem disappears, or if
you force dpi to 120.
The same problem is also in the dialog
So seems that there is some wrong calculation of spaces/resize.
See attachments (also taken from Kubuntu 13.04 KDE 4.10, but same problem there
as well since LiBo version is 3.6.2.2 as well).
