Assuming this is true (didn't bibisect): probably bug 123116's fix
The difference between 6.4 and 7.0 for the example file here is on purpose? The
file is lacking a (real life) context to make assessment if this is problematic
or not.
I assume this to be a WFM; but to be sure...
