The extended funtionality of RAND.NV() would allow to change calculations or
entries into a spreadsheet without changing one or more given SETS of
rnd-numbers.
This whole SET would be updated on F9 only when the focus is on a
a cell which is inside a the named cell-range containg the RAND.NV() functions.
This would be useful for simulation of stock-quotes.
