This file shows the un-synced position problem that needs to be fixed (which is
not affected by my patch). The purple shape and the textbox should be in cell
A1.
I assume that layout is restricting the requested offset to the maximum allowed
by the cell, but that new position is not being synchronized back to the
textbox.
